In-house Plan Review

Let us review your plans for you!  Upon check out, you will provide us the PDF of your plans for our internal review through your receipt confirmation which is emailed to you.  We will redline the plans and provide notes in conjunction with our checklist.  

Plans review typically takes 5 business days from receiving plans to receive our redlines and notes.

When choosing your Sqft option for check out, please select your AC/Living Sqft listed on your plan and not your total Sqft. 

Please note, we review plans for livability and usage flow; we do not review for engineering, architecture, truss layout, or floor plan architectural design.  These items are handled by your licensed Architect and Engineer of Record.
