Refunds or Cancelations
Refunds and cancelations can only be processed if submitted within 24 hours of purchase on In-house plan reviews or Virtual Meetings prior to your plans reviewed and review meeting taking place.  Due to the digital nature of the digital download Plans Review Checklist PDF, all orders are final on this product and no refunds will be given for any reason.  We strive for satisfaction, if there is a problem, please reach out to us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
