2-Hour Virtual Meeting and Plan Review

Along with reviewing your plans for you, we will schedule a 2-Hour virtual meeting to hold an open discussion of your plans.  Upon check out, you will provide us the PDF of your plans for our internal review through your receipt confirmation which is emailed to you.  We will redline the plans and provide notes in conjunction with our checklist.  

Plans review typically takes 5 business days to receive our redlines and notes. Once completed, we will email you our notes and redlines and schedule a 2-Hour virtual meeting for review approximately 1 week later.  This is to allow you time to review our notes and gather your own in preparation for our review meeting.  Our meetings are scheduled on Eastern Time Zone. 

When choosing your Sqft option for check out, please select your AC/Living Sqft listed on your plan. 

Please note, we review plans for livability and usage flow; we do not review for engineering, architecture, truss layout, or floor plan design.  These items are handled by your licensed Architect and Engineer of Record. Our refund policy link is located at the bottom of the page.
